It’s a new day, a new month, and a new year!! Huzzah!! 

I dig it, you know. The newness and hope of possibility that comes with the flipping of a calendar page. 

I truly don’t have a lot to say. I haven’t done much reflection on 2024 and don’t have any solid resolutions for 2025. No list of things I’m going to try and accomplish, no goals or habits I’m going to change or establish. Maybe I’ll just take this new year day by day, as it comes. It’s nice not to have to decide anything right now. 

Of course the caveat to all that is that I reserve the right to change my mind. When tomorrow comes, maybe I’ll be super motivated to lay a foundation for change. But until it happens, I can relax and enjoy myself, my family, my cats, and all the comforts of home. Things are good. 

That’s it. No big story here, just some lovely positive feels to kick off the new year.
